By the end of the first quarter of 2020 Platform will release an option to view essential metrics from the Administrative Panel.
PlayVR/PolygonVR locations are equipped with the centralized configuration & updates management system. All updates are going through full release life cycle under the thorough control of our platform engineers and are monitored 24/7 afterward. All essential updates are sent in form of messenger notifications.
As a centralized place to control the state of the system and its key business processes, this system can monitor the following:
- Software versions on all hardware and peripheral devices installed on locations
- SMS delivery and promo codes issuance status
- Errors that occur in the platform components
- Running processes status
- Errors occurring while the game launch process is starting
- Key metrics of hardware equipment are as follows
- CPU load
- Disk usage
- Memory usage
- Network usage
- CPU temperature
- GPU temperature
- Software versions installed on equipment
- Installed hardware
There are SMS/e-mail alerts configured on key system parameters, so technical personnel of Platform always up to date with its status and performance.
Notifications on updates
Notifications on successful content downloading or system updates can be sent directly to Manager’s Administrative Panel, a messenger of a customer choice or email.
