The Platform in a Nutshell
The Platform is a comprehensive solution that allows you to manage the whole lifecycle of a single VR venue (we call it – location): serve your customers and control your location — content, machine, staff. It’s the most advanced cloud based platform for any location based VR in the World.
The Platform serves the whole consumer workflow: from seeing an advertisement on the location monitors or checking location work schedule on a website, booking a ticket, having fun during the session and participating in a loyalty program or tournament to come back again.
The Platform allows you to remotely control every setting of your locations’ machines: software, users, processes, usage modes, and even mocap cameras’ calibration. You can control not only machines but also the location hardware, including TV panels and their display content.
The platform consists of 2 main components: Global Server and Local Server.
- Local Server placed on every location, running mobile Admin Application. With Admin App a location operator can control game session, tickets, launches, and stops games.
- Global Server hosting Administrative Panel which provides Centralized Management System of locations’ configurations, content, and updates; monitoring and alerting; accounting and analytics.
The platform designed to operate with a standard hardware location setups named PlayVR and PolygonVR, that are built for specific types of content: PlayVR for casual arcade games, PolygonVR for more longer and advanced content required multi-player and full-body tracking.
