Location Management with Local App

To control day-to-day routine the Platform offers Local Apps: both for PlayVR and Polygon setups. They responsible for:

  1. User registration
  2. Launching/restarting/stopping of game sessions
  3. Launching game sessions with specific options such as language selection, mode selection, teams selection, etc.
  4. Location’s hardware & firmware real-time monitoring;
  5. Promo materials management (e.g. showing game trailers on the Ad Screen)
  6. FAQ browsing
  7. Support Ticketing / Contacting Support Technical specialist
  8. Remote game machines reboot, calibration, launching video
  9. Reviewing and submitting sales report

Each App is accessible from a local network of a location on any device with the Internet connection such as a smartphone or tablet.

As each VR venue may have different needs and different workflow the App is made to be flexible and able to adjust. For example, user registration may be done with client’s phone or email or both, sales report can be formed automatically or manually filled by the operator. A full list of configurable options is available for a manager to configure from the Administrative Panel.
