The Platform allows you to remotely control every setting of your locations’ machines: software, users, processes, usage modes, and even mocap cameras’ calibration.

You can control not only machines but also the location hardware, including TV panels and the content they display.

Extended Management System

The Platform helps customers manage all daily operations at an individual location or multiple locations, offering a web interface for daily operation management, accessible on any device, as well as a Admin App for operating the location.

Content Management

Integrate your own VR-content or use content from our library, which includes PlayVR or PolygonVR games, Steam games and licensed games from 3rd-party developers.

Install content on all your locations’ machines with a couple of clicks, and without the need to manually configure each one.

Monitoring and Status

The monitoring system is a centralized place to control the state of locations and their key business processes:

  • Software versions on all hardware and peripheral devices installed on location
  • Errors that occur in platform components
  • Running processes status
  • Errors occurring while game launch process is starting
  • Key metrics of hardware equipment such as:
    • CPU load
    • Disk & memory usage
    • Network usage
    • CPU & GPU temperature
    • Software versions installed
    • Installed hardware

Loyalty Management

The Loyalty Management system allows customers to maintain players’ retention.

  • Player registration by phone number
  • Calculation of loyalty points that are transferred into promo codes
  • Target issuing of promo codes for free of charge game sessions
  • SMS distribution of promo and info content
  • Collection of player data regarding their game sessions such as game content preferences

Location Control App

The Location Control App is a mobile application that works via PlayVR’s on-location Wi-Fi (WPA2 protected) or through a secure VPN network. With it, the administrator can manage all processes at a particular location: launch and stop games, control game sessions, send reports and customer feedback, access manuals and get help from our support team.

Staff Management

To be developed

The Platform offers ready-to-use tools for staff management, including access control, work schedules, and sales plans.

Each staff member has a personal account so they can monitor their schedules, as well as keep track of tickets sales and bonuses.

Detailed Statistics and Accounting

PlayVR Management Platform provides customers with detailed statistics about players, game usage, sold tickets, prices, promo, and retention with key system performance graphs and alerts, as well as tools for selective collection of data from PlayVR locations and its further analysis.

Users can create custom analytics reports for every business process available in the system, and get an automatic calculation of major accounting parameters.

We’ve tried and tested a bunch of different hardware and system software to make a configuration that perfectly fits virtual reality LBE venue. So, we’ve come up with two main setups – PlayVR and PolygonVR – for different kinds of location.
